證書課程 - 在報名前，請先詳細閱讀以下內容。
Please read the following details before registering for the certificate course.
- 必須在指定日期或之前繳交留位費。如果未能在截止日期前支付留位費，預留的位置將被取消。
- 如因任何原因要求取消課程，已支付的費用將不予退款，但可以安排補堂。
- 學員必須準時到達，遲到超過15分鐘將視為學員要求取消課程，同樣不予退款並且無法安排補堂。
- 在上課期間不得進行任何錄影。
- 如果香港天文台發出8號或以上風暴預警，或黑色暴雨警告，已支付的費用將不予退款，但可以安排補堂。
- 如有任何爭議，My Dear Workshop將保留最終決定權。
- The reservation fee must be paid by the specified date or before. Failure to pay the reservation fee by the deadline will result in the cancellation of the reserved spot.
- In the event of a request for course cancellation for any reason, the fees paid will not be refunded. However, arrangements for makeup classes can be made.
- Students are required to arrive on time. Any tardiness exceeding 15 minutes will be considered as a request for course cancellation, and no refund or makeup class arrangement will be provided.
- Recording of any kind is not allowed during class.
- In the event of a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning issued by the Hong Kong Observatory, the fees paid will not be refunded. However, makeup class arrangements can be made.
- In case of any disputes, My Dear Workshop reserves the right to make the final decision.

Pre-Order Items - Please read the following details before placing order
- 歡迎客人到工作室選擇香精味道和顏色，並參與製作討論
- 訂製商品不接受中途取消，也無試用與鑑賞期
- 由於所有商品均經過全人手製作，可能會存在輕微的色差或少量瑕疵。我們建議客人在下單前慎重考慮，以免引起不必要的爭議
- 對於香港地區的訂單，滿HK$1000或以上可享免運費。國際訂單的實際運費金額將另行報價。
- 如有任何爭議，My Dear Workshop將保留最終決定權。
- Customers are welcome to visit the workshop to choose the scent and color and participate in the production discussion.
- Customized products cannot be cancelled midway and do not have a trial or evaluation period.
- Due to the handmade nature of all products, there may be slight color variations or minor imperfections. We recommend that customers carefully consider before placing an order to avoid unnecessary disputes.
- For orders in the Hong Kong area, free shipping is available for orders of HK$1000 or more. The actual shipping cost for international orders will be quoted separately.
- In case of any disputes, My Dear Workshop reserves the right to make the final decision.
